Claims we have worked through
Insurance restoration from first call to finished rebuild
Riverbend Renovation is a licensed Louisiana general contractor that handles insurance restoration across Greater New Orleans. After a storm, water or fire loss, we document the damage, write the repair scope the claim needs, meet the adjuster at the property, and rebuild the home, including the hidden damage that often cannot be identified until demolition begins.
What we handle
- Documentation and scope. Photographs, measurements and a written repair scope built from what is actually damaged, not only what is visible on the first inspection.
- The adjuster's visit. We attend, so the repair scope and the insurance estimate start from the same conditions. Here is why that matters.
- Supplements. When opening walls or floors uncovers more covered damage, we document it and submit claim supplements for review.
- Reconstruction. Once emergency mitigation is complete, we manage the rebuild, coordinating the trades, inspections and schedule through to the final finishes.
- Upgrades, kept separate. If you want to improve a room while it is being repaired, we keep covered repairs and upgrades clearly separated, so everyone knows what the claim pays for.
You choose the contractor
Your insurance company may suggest preferred vendors, but homeowners are generally free to choose who repairs their home.
