Storm, fire or water damage?
We handle insurance restoration from the first call through to a finished rebuild. We document the damage, write the repair scope the claim needs, attend the adjuster's visit, and rebuild, including the hidden damage that often cannot be identified until demolition begins.
The first hours after a property loss are critical.
Scope first, then price
In remodeling, the lowest estimate is not always the best value. A cheaper number often reflects a narrower scope: demolition, disposal, repairs beneath flooring, or the electrical work a modern appliance requires. Work that was not included initially reappears later as additional charges or change orders.
Compare the scope of work as well as the price. Every project starts with a site visit and a detailed scope, so you know exactly what you are getting before any numbers are discussed.

Just have to give a shout out to the team at Riverbend for another outstanding job. I had in mind a way to add more storage in the form of a butler type pantry and they nailed it. Brian was so patient explaining all my options for shelves and door openings and all the other details I hadn’t even considered. The crew was always on time and considerate and cleaned up every day before they left. The end job was exactly what I wanted and now my family teases me about wanting to sleep in my perfect pantry. We totally lucked out selecting Riverbend Renovations to do our bathroom remodel. In our case Scott Phillips and Brian Farley just vibed with us immediately and helped put our ideas on paper and into the final product. The crew working on our remodel was Luis, an affable genius with mechanical systems and tile work, Johnny who recommended strengthening up the bathroom floor and did a great and exacting job of it and and Wilson who expertly assisted Luis and Johnny. They all care about the quality of their work. They arrived on time on schedule and were very responsible in my home. The project finished on time on budget and beyond expectations.
